This evening my husband and I dropped our daughter off at Camp for the week. This is the fourth year of camp for her and she absolutely loves it! One entire blissful week of horses. This week she's participating in an Equestrian Camp so she'll get to jump with her horse all week long! Horses are the love of her life right now. And it's been that way for the past five years. She is quite the Equestrian. Riding horses is truly her gift. And she has many ribbons to show for it too!
After dropping our daughter off at camp we went to see "Knocked Up". It was pretty funny, but not as hilarious as my friend said it was. There were definitely funny parts, but as a mom who has two teenagers, I probably wouldn't have laughed at some of the stuff if they were in there watching it with me. But then again, my daughter is 16 1/2 and I'm pretty positive I would not allow her to see that movie anytime soon. Too much sex, drugs, and sex. lol. Alot of the sex stuff was funny to me, but not so much the drug stuff. I guess it's my age and mindset. And the fact that I'm just an old fart.
Blessings from an old fart,
Caron
Blessings for today: My beautiful daughter who I will miss for an entire week! And a nice evening out with my husband.
