Today was my follow-up appointment with Dr. Moore, my Oncologist. I might add, the most awesome Oncologist out there! LOL. Of course, he's the only Oncologist I know, but I can still be a bit biased. He's just a super nice guy. That's all I can say. He gave me wonderful news...that my bone marrow biopsy had come back "normal" again! No sign of Cancer! And even better news is that I don't have to see him for another six months. Three months longer than previous visits. Plus no more lab work till then also. Yeah! No more monthly lab work! I was very excited to hear this news!
I picked up some super cute stuff at Michaels today that I'm going to RAK to a fellow blogger. This is someone whose site I visit daily for inspiration. I am RAKing her because she seems like a super nice person and totally deserving of a RAK. "Random Act of Kindness".
I am missing my daughter tonight who is away at Camp. I know she is homesick because we received a call yesterday and she wanted to come home. Mind you, she's 16 1/2. I think it had more to do with her "boyfriend" who had to stay behind and couldn't go to camp with her. lol. This is her first boyfriend and I know she must be missing him, not us. Regardless, we told her to "tough it out" and enjoy her week away. She must have found a friend to keep her occupied because we didn't hear back from her today. I hope she's having a good time.
Blessings, Caron
